Romelu Lukaku is hoping for a permanent move from Chelsea.
Lukaku joined the Blues from Anderlecht in 2011 for around £20 million, but has struggled to make an impact on the first-team despite two prolific loan spells at West Brom and Everton.
Diego Costa is expected to become Chelsea's primary striker.
Mourinho has been critical of his strikeforce -- Fernando Torres, Samuel Eto'o and Demba Ba -- this season with big changes expected, but Lukaku is not going to play second fiddle to anyone.
